October 24 – Submission Deadline – Peoples Choice Competition

Submit up to 2 images taken within the last month for the Peoples Choice Competition. The theme is “Open”. Images should be submitted to copssubmissions@gmail.com by midnight, October 24th. The Subject line of the email should be “Peoples Choice Submission from Your Name”. Maximum dimensions are 1400 X 1050 and filename should be PC,Your_Title,Your_Name.jpg.

October 20 – Online Image Review

Image review will be done online. The session will be broadcast on Zoom so that members can connect via the Internet and watch. Zoom credentials will be distributed by email and will be posted on the COPS Members Facebook page.

Note: Membership fees need to be submitted prior to September 18th for e-transfers or before September 21st for cheques for photo submissions to be evaluated. (Note: The COPS bank will be upgrading their systems between September 18th and 21st and will not be accepting e-transfers during that time.) September 15 – Online Meet & Greet

Our first meeting of the season will be a meet and greet using the Zoom platform. Past and current members should receive an email with the login credentials in the morning of September 15. If you do not receive the email or if you are a potential new member, send an email to the COPS Communication Director requesting admission to the meeting.

So please join us on Tuesday evening to virtually meet with you fellow members, hear about last year’s category winners, quickly review the submission guidelines and see a presentation on “Africa” by Robert Conchie.
