Dear returning and new COPS members,

Welcome to COPS 2014-2015 season. Tuesday September 9th is our first meeting of the new season. Our meetings will continue to be held in the EECO Centre on Springfield Rd starting at 7:00 p.m.
Early indications are that 2014-2015 promises to be a very exciting and informative year. Keeping you up to date “here is what’s happening”……
This evening will be a “Meet and Greet” night consisting primarily with registration, meeting with your new executive, introducing the new season’s program and introduction of the CAPA Expo project. The 2014-2015 “registration form” for your completion is available here. You can print and complete the form before the meeting to speed up the registration process.
September 16th – Evaluation Night
This week will be our first Evaluation Night….Please note this is for digital images only. The theme is “My Summer” and the pictures must be taken between June-September only. This evening will also be a ‘fun’ introduction to the evaluation process and proper submission procedures. For this week only images will not be rejected if not submitted properly, instead the opportunity to go over ‘why’ there are submission guidelines will be discussed
September 23rd – Image Review
This will be an in-depth review of images from evaluation night led by Stephen Shoihet. This is an opportunity to see ‘live’ how postproduction can take our images to the new level of “WOW”.
