Membership Coordinator
- Reports to the Vice President and to the Executive.
- Requires 1-2 hours a week
- Welcomes guests & new members and introduces them to the Members.
- Organizes registration night in September.
- Manages the registration of new members.
- Actively recruits new members.
- Provides Members with membership badges and membership cards.
- Maintains and distributes an up to date membership list.
- Notifies the President of new members.
- Assists the Treasurer in collecting annual dues.
- Sets up membership badges and table before members arrive.
- Maintains a list of equipment lent or rented out by the club.
- Deposits membership fees.
- Attends executive meetings and assists the committee with any special projects.
