Membership Coordinator

  • Reports to the Vice President and to the Executive.
  • Requires 1-2 hours a week
  • Welcomes guests & new members and introduces them to the Members.
  • Organizes registration night in September.
  • Manages the registration of new members.
  • Actively recruits new members.
  • Provides Members with membership badges and membership cards.
  • Maintains and distributes an up to date membership list.
  • Notifies the President of new members.
  • Assists the Treasurer in collecting annual dues.
  • Sets up membership badges and table before members arrive.
  • Maintains a list of equipment lent or rented out by the club.
  • Deposits membership fees.
  • Attends executive meetings and assists the committee with any special projects.
