Evaluations Director

  • Reports to the President and to the Executive.
  • 1 – 2 hrs/week (not including Club meetings)
  • Manages the monthly digital & print submissions for evaluation in conjunction with the Digital & Print Coordinators.
  • Ensures an outside judge is available for the monthly evaluation event.
  • Keeps records of all scores, points, marks or other credits to members.
  • Provides evaluation information to the Webmaster for posting within 48 hours.
  • Collaborates with the Associations Coordinator on the selection of images for outside competitions.
  • Collaborates with the Gallery Coordinator on the public display of images.
  • Maintains a record of points for the Annual Awards.
  • Organizes the Annual Awards Presentation in conjunction with Vice President.
  • Responsible for acquiring cups, trophies, medals etc. and suitable engraving.
